The only thing that makes AV more excited than midnight marathons of 80's sitcoms are the sweet, sultry sounds of alternative. A born-and-raised New Englander, AV's a wicked big fan of Dunkin Donuts, eating snow for breakfast, and the word "wicked." Equipped with a (seriously hilarious) story about that one time he gave Julian Casablancas of The Strokes a high five at Lupo's, AV is stoked to bring good vibes to the Ocean State. If you want to get on his good side, liberal use of the accordion never hurts

So if she occasionally adds or drops -er endings of her words on air, you have no right to make fun of her because, be honest with yourself, you do it too. A long time BRU listener, her goal is to corrupt the minds of the youth by exposing them to alternative music just as she was

DJ Mad Dog is a small-town pup in a big big world. She grew up in Northern Cali listening to surfer jams and dad punk and was lured back East with tales of great bagels and white Christmases. She has big dreams of chewing up the shoes of the Chili Peps, but in the meantime settles for drooling over them on air. Mad Dog brings, like, a tasteful amount of Valley Girl to the station, has all her shots, and has thankfully kicked the Flea thing, for now
