Nondiscrimination Policy: Brown Broadcasting Inc. and station WBRU do not accept advertising that discriminates based on race or ethnicity. Any provision in any advertising agreement with intent to discriminate is rejected and deemed null and void as contrary to FCC requirements. This policy is effective March 14, 2011, and applies to all existing advertising agreements.
